The ceremony will begin promtly at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We ask that you arrive no later than 3:45pm.
We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation or noted on your RSVP will be accommodated. If you have a plus one, they will be noted when you RSVP.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in a Black Tie Optional attire. Black Tie Optional means guests can wear traditional black tie attire (tuxedo/gown) or a formal alternative (suit/formal dress). Please avoid short dresses and jeans. Thank you!
A private transfer is the most convenient and comfortable option. The trip takes about 1.5 hours from either airport and offers door-to-door service directly to your accommodation in San Miguel. While it's the most expensive option (typically around $80–110 USD), it's worth it for travelers seeking a smooth, hassle-free arrival. This is better than renting a car, as there is limited parking and small cobblestone streets. The second-best option is a shared shuttle service, which balances cost and convenience. Services like BajioGo operate daily from both airports and offer scheduled pickups. While you might wait a bit longer for other passengers, the ride is comfortable, safe, and much more affordable—usually in the $30–40 USD range. It’s a great choice if you’re looking to save money without navigating public transportation.
Once you're in San Miguel de Allende, the best mode of transportation is a combination of walking and using taxis when needed. Most of the town’s charm lies in its walkability—the venue, accommodations, restaurants, shops, and cafes are all within a 12-minute walk of the central square (El Jardín), which is the heart of the city. For times when you need a break from walking—especially at night or to get to slightly farther locations—taxis are the best option. They're easy to find, affordable, and familiar with all the key spots in town. There's no need for rental cars or rideshare apps here; taxis and your own two feet will get you everywhere you need to go efficiently and enjoyably.
