La ceremonia es en el "Live Oak Park", dirección 3927 Cassia Dr, Orlando, FL 32828, el 10 de Diciembre de 2022 a las 2:00 PM. Recomendamos llegar de 20 a 30 minutos antes debido a que solo hay estacionamiento en vía pública / The ceremony is at the "Live Oak Park", address 3927 Cassia Dr, Orlando, FL 32828, on December 10th, 2022, at 2:00 PM. We recommend you arrive at the location at least 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony because only street parking is available.

¿Dónde deberían los invitados estacionar? ¿Es el estacionamiento gratuito? / Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Para la ceremonia en el parque, el estacionamiento es en la calle, es gratis, y puede ser limitado dependiendo the cuan congestionada este la zona en ese día. Por favor llegue con suficiente tiempo para estacionarse y caminar hasta el lugar de la ceremonia. Para la recepción, la casa club tiene unos 40 espacios de estacionamiento; si por alguna razón no consigue donde estacionarse, se puede estacionar en el estacionamiento extra ubicado al otro lado de la calle, detrás del parque infantil. / For the ceremony at the park, the available parking is the free street parking, and as such it’s limited depending on how busy the area is on that day. Please plan on arriving with enough time to park and walk to the ceremony site. For the reception, the club house has around 40 parking spaces; if by any chance there is not enough parking spaces available, please use the overflow parking located across the street, close to the playground.

Para entrar en la comunidad de Stoneybrook donde será la Recepción de Boda, es necesario que el conductor del vehículo enseñe su licencia de conducir al oficial de seguridad en la entrada y este confirmará el nombre con la lista de invitados. Lamentablemente no podemos ofrecer transporte desde el lugar de la Ceremonia hasta el lugar de la Recepción, esperamos que ustedes puedan usar sus vehículos personales para ir de un sitio al otro. Nosotros no podemos saber aún, pero basados en los registros de años anteriores la temperatura promedio en Orlando para esta fecha estaría entre 18°C y 24°C con cielo despejado. Por favor venga preparado para temperaturas frías de ser necesario / We cannot know for sure this early, but based on previous years statistical data the average temperature in Orlando for this date is from 64°F to 75°F with clear sky. Please be prepared for cold weather if necessary.

¿Cuál es el plan justo después de la ceremonia? / What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Justo después de la ceremonia, los novios tendrán una breve sesión de fotos de alrededor de una hora en el parque. Los invitados podrán dirigirse al salón donde estaremos sirviendo bebidas y aperitivos. / After the ceremony, the couple will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving appetizers and refreshments.

¿Que debería hacer si no puedo asistir a la boda? / What should I do if I can’t make it?

Le extrañaremos! Si no puede asistir a nuestra boda, por favor avísenos lo antes posible con una llamada de teléfono o por mensaje para nosotros poder planificar respectivamente. / You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible either with a phone call or by text so we can plan accordingly.

¿Podría traer un acompañante? / Can I bring a plus one?

Tenemos una lista de invitados estricta para poder mantenernos dentro de nuestro presupuesto y la recepción es solo para aquellos que reservaron con antelación. Nosotros solo tendremos cabida para aquellas personas listadas en su invitación. / We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

¿Para cuándo debería reservar? ¿Necesito regresar la tarjeta o puedo reservar en línea o al teléfono? / When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online or over the phone?

Aunque incluimos junto a la invitación una tarjeta de reservación, usted no tendrá que enviarla de regreso. Por favor llame por teléfono a la novia o al novio a más tardar el sábado 26 de noviembre, y comuníqueles si podrá atender a la boda. Por favor proporcione el nombre de cada invitado que va a atender. / “Even though we sent a separate RSVP card along the invitation, you won’t need to return the card. Please plan on calling the bride or groom on or before Saturday, November 26, to let them know if you are attending the wedding. Please share with us the name of each guest attending.
