When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 23, 2026, but earlier the better :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 4:30 PM to ensure you are comfortably seated for the ceremony. The doors will be open one hour ahead of the ceremony, but we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony to ensure you have enough time to find a seat, use the restroom, etc.

Are kids welcome?

We love your children, but we have opted for an adults-only event to allow everybody to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can assist arranging childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are lots of parking spots and free! Note, the parking lot is on gravel road.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are currently exploring options for shuttle services or coordinating rideshare groups for your convenience. More info about transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date, so please stay tuned for updates!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have food options to accommodate most dietary restrictions/allergies. Please be sure to answer the question in the RSVP so that we can make sure we are capturing everything we need.
