We are celebrating marriage!

Travis and Alejandra met in 2018 at work. At the time, Alejandra was substitute teaching and coaching swim at North Salinas High School, while Travis was in his 5th year of teaching at the same school. Alejandra first noticed Travis playing basketball with a group of students after school, while Travis first noticed Alejandra coaching her team in drylands workout on the field. Due to his experience, and her new role at the school, Travis was encouraged by a colleague to support "Ms. Silva" with acclimating to teaching high school. The opportunity to collaborate allowed Travis and Alejandra to get to know each other more. Travis would often invite Alejandra to lunch which is where their friendship flourished. They soon realized, aside from teaching, they both had similar passions like sports, their love for animals, outdoor adventures and their devotion to family. From that point on, the dating began and the love evolved.
