We're Getting Married

Hi everyone! If you’re reading Our Story, just know we appreciate you!! The first time Miguel and I actually spoke was at a quinceñera. I say spoke because we knew of each other because my sister and him were friends in high school. At the quinceñera, he sat at my table and we talked for a little bit. He should’ve asked me out to dance and maybe we’d be married sooner hahaha. Just kidding. Fast forward a few months, to the fall of 2021, when I started hanging out more with my sister Nora and her friends. From those hangouts, Míguel and I started to see more of each other. As time went by and the more we spent time together Miguel built up the courage and told me I was beautiful, smart and an amazing person and that he liked me! Yes he’s romantic! And to further prove that his romantic, the way Míguel officially asked me to be his girlfriend was like something out of the movies. He prepared a beautiful picnic at the beach with umbrella, picnic basket, wine, and flowers. Pictures are on IG! Little did I know that a few months after that, Míguel would do something even more romantic than that picnic. After respectfully asking my parents for my hand in marriage, Míguel got down on one knee and proposed in front of my whole family at my parents’ place. And that right there was the beautiful story of how we met! We’re really excited and ready to celebrate our union with you all! We couldn’t be happier!! From the bottom of our hearts we hope all our family and friends can be there to celebrate our special day!!
