No! :) you are more than welcome to get your own accommodations just keep in mind, there is a $150 fee/day/person. We do have a rehearsal dinner scheduled for 10/20/2024 and Wedding Ceremony and Reception 10/21/2024.
YES! You are welcome to stay as many days as you like! Negotiated group rates will apply from 17 to 25.
1. Go to Destinationweddings.com 2. Click on “Attend a wedding” 3. Fill in either of our last names followed by their passcode: CONCHAS 4. You will then need to register with your name, email, and phone number. 5. It will then take you to the “Attend Page” 6. Scroll down and choose the date you’d like to arrive and how many nights, and then the room categories and pricing will then populate. 7. Begin entering your name and info and then your guests. Only when you are ready to pay your deposit, press “Submit request”. You will then be taken to the deposit form. Fill that out for the deposit for $100 based on 1 or 2 guests or $50 per person if over 2 guests. Accept or decline insurance. Insurance can only be added at the time of booking. Deposits are required to hold a room. The balance will be due by May 10, 2024 if you do NOT purchase the insurance and by June 10, 2024 if you do purchase the insurance with 50% due by May 10, 2024.

There should be no issues you booking through the resort as long as it is the same resort. There are two sides to the resort. One side of the property is reserved for adults-only guests (Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort) while the other side caters to families (Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort). Each has its own restaurants, lounges and pools. Guests on the secrets side have free-flow access to the entire property while those on the dreams side are asked to enjoy only that side of the property. Secrets includes access to 5 more pools and bars along with the infinity pools.
