HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than July 31st, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked a "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING A DATE OR PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our loved ones, including many of your little ones! Children are welcome if they are listed on your invitation or appear on your RSVP. Due to space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests whose names are included.

A NOTE FOR FAMILIES ATTENDING WITH CHILDREN

We are so happy to celebrate with our guests and their little ones! We kindly ask that parents and guardians please supervise their children throughout the celebration to help ensure everyone’s safety and allow our photographer and videographer to capture special moments—especially during the ceremony and first dances.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is formal/semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

ARE THERE COLORS GUESTS SHOULD AVOID WEARING?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 3:00 pm, we recommend that guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue in Visalia, California. Additional venue details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

IS THE CEREMONY INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests limit phone use during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and our photographer and videographer can capture the moment. You’re welcome to take a few photos from your seat, but please be mindful not to step into the aisle or block the professionals.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS?

Answer

Yes! A full meal will be served, along with drinks during the reception.
