IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING!

Chris had just finished up his second year of residency at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne while Alejandra was coming to the end of her fourth year of medical school in Boston when they both decided to do some solo traveling through Asia and they actually met at a backpacker's hostel in Saigon. The first time Alejandra tried to talk to Chris he brushed her off... he later blamed the unfavorable girl-to-guy ratio in her group for his cold shoulder. The second night they talked again, and after finding out this girl with flowers in her hair and a million tacky backpacker bracelets on was actually a soon-to-be urology resident, he was a little more interested. They decided to travel Vietnam together and quickly fell in love. After 8 months of long distance love Chris proposed (on their 4th date no less) in Costa Rica. After 2 years of long distance love they are finally living together full time in the US where they are both resident physicians at Brown University in Providence, RI.
