How do I book my stay?

Answer

We have partnered with travel advisor Erica to make booking as easy as possible for our guests. You can access our custom room block booking website directly through our wedding website by navigating to the “Travel” section and clicking the “View” button under the hotel. Booking through our group link ensures you receive the discounted group rate, helps keep our guests together at the resort, and guarantees you’ll be included in all wedding events and travel updates.

When should I arrive? How long should I stay?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least two days before the wedding so you have time to settle in, relax, and enjoy the trip stress-free. Most guests will be staying for 5 nights, from Tuesday, April 13th through Sunday, April 18th. Our wedding room block has a 5-night minimum stay requirement. However, thanks to our group promotion, guests who book 4 nights will receive the 5th night free — making it the same price as a 4-night stay. Guests are welcome to depart after 4 nights if preferred while still booking within the room block. Guests are also welcome to extend their stay longer if they wish.

Is there a benefit to booking within the wedding room block?

Answer

Yes! Guests who book within our wedding room block will receive a special promotion of one free night when booking four nights, giving you a total of five nights for the price of four. Our travel advisor will automatically apply eligible promotions and assist with any questions during the booking process.

Is there payment plan options?

Answer

Yes! Our travel advisor has options for room payment plans. 1. Full payment- full payment of hotel price. 2. Deferred payment Plan- Hotel only: $100 deposit due at booking your room. You will have the ability to make additional payments at anytime or to wait and pay off the reservation at the final payment date. Final payment is due by January 27, 2027

What about travel insurance?

Answer

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Travel insurance can help cover unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Since this is an international trip, having coverage adds an extra layer of peace of mind. Our travel agent will provide you with 2 different options for travel insurance. She is knowledgably in these plans and can answer any questions you have.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Answer

Yes, the resorts cancellation policy is "Cancellations made prior to January 27, 2027 will be fully refundable for the hotel portion. After January 27, 2027 the hotel portion is non-refundable" Flights vary with their refund policies. If you book your flight with our travel agent, she will discuss the policy based on the airline and flight fare.

When should I book by?

Answer

We highly recommend booking your room as early as possible to secure the best pricing, room availability, and promotional offers within our wedding room block. All rooms must be booked by October 10th, 2026. Please note that booking by October 10th simply means your reservation and deposit must be completed by that date — your room does not need to be fully paid off at that time. Please note that final payment for all room reservations is due by January 27, 2027.

How many guests are allowed per room?

Answer

Rooms at Couples Resorts only offer king beds and pricing is based on double occupancy; meaning a maximum of 2 guests per room. Single guests are absolutely welcome to attend and book a room, however pricing is based on double occupancy, so solo travelers will be responsible for the full room cost as if two guests were staying.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required. Please check expiration dates early as most airlines will require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months from your departure date. If you have questions about renewing or obtaining your passport, please reach out to our travel agent.

How do I get from the airport to Couples Tower Isle?

Answer

Complimentary airport transfers are included for guests staying at Couples Tower. Erica, our travel agent, will help you schedule your airport transfers. After arriving at Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ), guests will be directed to the Couples Lounge/transportation area for transfer check-in. The shuttle takes approximately two hours.

Will I need to complete customs or Jamaica entry documents?

Answer

Yes, international travel requires customs and entry documentation for Jamaica. To make the process as easy as possible, Erica will assist all guests with any required Jamaica entry forms and travel documentation prior to departure.

Is Couples Tower Isle all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Couples Tower Isle is a true all-inclusive adults-only resort. Your stay includes accommodations, meals, drinks, entertainment, many activities, gratuities, and airport transfers.

Your stay includes: -Unlimited dining at multiple restaurants -Unlimited cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks -Airport transfers from Montego Bay -Wi-Fi -Water sports (kayaks, snorkeling, paddleboards, etc.) -Scuba diving (with requirements) -Nightly entertainment -Taxes and gratuities -Select excursions depending on current schedule

Is tipping allowed at the resort? Who can I tip?

Answer

No. Couples has a strict no-tipping policy for resort employees. Gratuities are already included in your stay, so guests are asked not to tip resort staff. Who can I tip? Tips are generally appropriate for: -Airport baggage porters -Shuttle/transfer drivers -Spa staff -Outside excursion guides or vendors not employed by the resort

What should I wear?

Answer

Wedding attire and dress code information will be shared closer to the wedding date. Keep in mind that the resort is tropical and warm year-round.
