Sam and Aleigha met at church, but their story started long before that. Both of their lives had been completely changed by Jesus after years of brokenness and searching. Through His grace, they each found healing, purpose, and a renewed sense of hope. When they met, it felt like God had been preparing their hearts for one another all along. Their shared love for Jesus quickly became the center of their relationship and continues to guide everything they do. On their first date, they sat and talked for three hours — and could’ve talked all night. To make it even more memorable, the northern lights appeared in the sky while they were together. Sam was drawn to Aleigha’s magnetic personality, and Aleigha loved Sam’s charisma and warmth. As they got to know each other, they realized how much they shared — their faith, love for family, sense of humor, and passion for serving others. After eight wonderful months of dating, Sam proposed at a mountain viewpoint near where Aleigha grew up camping with her family. It was the perfect spot for such a meaningful moment. And just when Aleigha thought the surprises were over, Sam had planned a big engagement party with all their favorite people waiting to celebrate. They both agreed it was the best day ever. Now, Sam and Aleigha are so excited to become husband and wife and to celebrate this new chapter surrounded by all their people.
