Is there a dress code?

The wedding dress code is semi-formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones at this time. Please RSVP with only the guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event. The TradeWinds Resortt has a Kid's Night Out (Evening Camp) available for kids aged 5-12 from 6-10pm. The link to book is: https://www.tradewindsresort.com/experience#!/e/kids-night-out-bc3121cc

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our evening ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Hilton Garden Inn and TradeWinds. Please book your stay by January 20, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service between the hotel and venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle at 4:10pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel starting at 9pm.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
