What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. Shuttles will arrive between 3-3:30 and the ceremony begins at 4PM.

Whats the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal attire. Think elevated but comfortable! Please be mindful that the ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so we recommend avoiding stilettos or pointed heels. We recommend layers for the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?
Answer
Yes, both will be held outdoors. We suggest bringing layers as temperatures may cool in the evening. We have a backup plan if weather changes, the celebration goes on rain or shine!

Children are welcome! We’ve included little ones per request within the RSVP count. If you have any questions or need to make adjustments for your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Will food and drinks be provided?
Answer
Yes! Dinner will be catered and served around 6:00 PM. We will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available. Please indicate any dietary preferences when you RSVP.

Are phones or cameras allowed at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests remain present during the ceremony and leave photography to our professional photographer. You’re welcome to take photos during the reception!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be a large designated parking area. We also encourage guests to use the shuttle service provided from Bend.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes, shuttles will be available from Bend to the venue and back. Please visit the Travel page on our website for full details and timing. Pick up locations TBD.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
If needed, yes. We recommend arranging a safe ride back to your accommodations or using our shuttle service.
