We met back in 2014 both working part-time at the Boy Scouts of America Manchester Scout-shop working mainly in the summertime. After some time had passed then in 2019 we connected over various stories of Disney trips we had over the years. Our conversations were full of happiness and joy that Disney brought us. On March 2nd, 2020 we went to see the new movie “Sonic The Hedgehog” together. Not too long after we ended up having to have virtual movie dates due to the pandemic and distanced lunches/picnics. This only lasted for two months till we started to have actual dates going out together. From then on we went on many dates and Disney trips as well as a very long trip to Pennsylvania to rescue Aleesha’s now fur baby Suki from Hobos Home. (Aleesha did not notice the location of this new kitty she had found till after she had been approved for adoption! She had only then discovered the distance) Patrick willingly accepted 50% of the driving but ended up doing 80% due to Aleesha being stuck in the backseat awing over her new kitty. Patrick then introduced Aleesha to Renaissance Faires which ignited a new obsession for dressing up to attend many faires. Over time we have dragged many friends and family to the Renaissance Faires to spread our joy with others. This is where Patrick knew he had the best place to “pop the question” and bring the relationship and love to the next level. (Please see our proposal video above!)
