This is an informal event for those who are in town to have a drink and mingle. There will be live music!
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm
The shuttle will depart from the Double Tree Hotel at 3:45 PM and will arrive to the venue at 4 PM.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Wear what is comfortable for you. The Bride and Groom will be wearing semi-formal attire. The event will be on grass.
Please arrive to the venue at 4:00 PM to grab a snack, a drink and a seat for the 4:30 ceremony.
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
Dinner will be served after the ceremony. Please enjoy a pig roast, brisket, roasted veggies, potatoes, mac & cheese, salad & corn bread.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dessert & coffee will be available following dinner.
10:00 pm - 10:15 pm
The shuttle will leave the venue at 10 PM to head back to the Double Tree Hotel.
