The airports that are closest to Rome are Atlanta and Chattanooga, TN. Atlanta is about and hour and fifteen minutes away and Chattanooga is about an hour away. Working on getting some hotel blocks now. Shuttles won't be going out to the venue so I would advise getting a car for a group of people. The venue will be about 20 minutes away from the hotels.
