Think cocktail party/ Sunday Best! Just be comfy but still look classy! Weather may be chilly once the sun goes down, so bring a jacket.
Yes! Beer, Wine and Seltzers. The bartenders will happily be ready to serve you up whatever you’d like, just stay classy and designate a ride home if you need!
Yes it will! The wedding will be held inside St Aloysius Gonzaga Church. Our priest friend, Padre Jorge, will be coming up from Tijuana, Mexico to marry us. As Christ calls us to love one another, we ask that if you are of a different faith tradition to be open to the beauty of the Sacrament of Marriage and all the graces that this ceremony has to offer. There will be a mass celebrated during the ceremony and we ask if you are of a different faith tradition to come forward to receive a blessing during communion. If you have more questions on what this will look like, please feel free to ask Alec and I more about it! At the end of the day, we understand we are all on this journey towards heaven and are beyond blessed to have you join us in this big step of faith.
No:) we ask that you are responsible for getting yourself safely to and from the wedding festivities.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. The ceremony is set to start at 2:00 pm.
Sort of! The ceremony will end approximately at 3pm. Cocktail hour is set to start at 3:30. The reception venue is about a 25 minute drive from the church.
The church will provide a live stream of the ceremony for those of you who cannot attend in person! We will provide a link to this if you would like to attend virtually:)
Send off is at 8:30 pm and the reception is set to end at 9 pm. Alec and I would love to continue the celebration with you all at an after party at O'Doherty's Irish Grille! This will be on your own dollar:)
We kindly ask that the names on the invitation are those in attendance. Trust us, if we could have every kiddo and plus one there we would!
