How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you'd like, and the sooner the better! Please be sure to do so no later than April 1, 2027 by using the “RSVP” tab on our website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail with spring colors highly encouraged! We want you lookin' good but feeling comfy enough to dance with us all night long! Remember the ceremony portion will take place inside of a church, so please dress appropriately enough for that. And of course, no white & no jeans please :)

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place indoors at Weddington Methodist Church. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors at Camelot Meadows in the bamboo forest and on the patios (weather-permitting), followed by an indoor reception in the climate-controlled barn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 3pm to ensure you have enough time to park and find a seat inside the church.

What time does the reception start following the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at the venue around 5:00pm, with the reception following around 6:00pm.

What is the travel time from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Depending on traffic, the church to the reception venue is about a 40 minute drive, which will unfortunately be the longest travel time of the day. However, there will be plenty of time from the conclusion of the ceremony until the cocktail hour and reception begin, so please take your time and drive carefully if you plan to do so!

Will there be parking at the reception venue? Can I use a ride-share app?

Answer

Yes, there are 105 parking spaces at the reception venue, so there is plenty of room for everyone to park! Uber is also available in the area and can be ordered to and from the venue.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, and we know you do too! But due to the capacity at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the capacity at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invitation as well as under your name when you RSVP through the website. Thank you for your understanding!

Absolutely! Please fill out this information when you RSVP in the provided section to do so.
