Please do not book online. Instead, please call the hotel and state you are booking for the "Summers-Siemsen Block" to get rates of $129/night on May 29th and May 30th before April 30th. Dates pre and post will be at public posted rates. Queen Room features two queen beds. Maximum room occupancy is 4 persons (2 adults 2 children). Any more than 4 will result in a 10.00 charge more per person. King Room features one king bed. Maximum 2 people occupancy. Tax Rate – Omaha, NE 18.17% Individuals have 24 hours prior to day of arrival to cancel any reservation at no charge. Check in time begins at 3:00 pm, checkout is at 11:00am. The hotel cannot guarantee any early check in times. At the very most guests should call in the morning to see if it is at all possible to check-in before 3pm. Shuttle: A shuttle will be provided to Villa Aletta on May 30, 2026 Starting @ 3:15 pm. Returns start @ 10:00pm-11:00pm. If you have any questions, please reach out to Kaley or Alec for assistance!
