Our Love story began on October 30, 2021 after our first date. Alec purposed in our lovely home one year later on the same date where it all began. We are excited to finally tie the knot on August 24, 2024.
Our engagement photo shoot was taken at Little Presque Isle Park (Marquette) on June 17th, 2023.
We both met on a dating website in 2021. While talking and getting to know each other we learned that we both went to NMU where our lives seemed to circle each other; but never met.
Our first date was a movie night at the home Alec lives. Kaitlyn is so glad she never saw the show Dexter prior (since he was in the middle of renovations at the time).
Our second official date (both of us will say different stories). Kaitlyn met Alec's family on the Wasilewski side. Celebrating fall birthday's; she even got Birthday cards.
The next date Alec would meet Kaitlyn's friends at a get together in Garden Michigan where after a few or more drinks Kaitlyn's friend Nicole would give him a haircut.
Despite our unique dating stories with family and friends we both knew early on that this would be our forever partner.
We continue to learn about each other every day. Growing stronger as a couple, lovers, best friends, and soulmates
