Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

We'd be thrilled to have you join us at our Welcome Party on Thursday, June 11, at 6:00 pm at the Buffalo Rose in Golden, CO, and our Farewell Brunch on Saturday, June 13, at 10:00 am at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Casual Attire Men can wear jeans (or khakis) with a polo, button-down, or t-shirt. Women can wear sundresses, casual dresses, nice jeans or pants with a blouse or top. Wedding: Black Tie Optional We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and women to wear an evening gown or a midi or knee length cocktail dress. Farewell Brunch: Casual Attire

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

The room block has expired. If you've missed the booking window, email Help@EngagedSourcing.com and request a room in our block; availability is not guaranteed but Engaged Sourcing will do their best to accommodate.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle for our guests. The shuttle will depart from and return to the Denver Sheraton West Hotel (where our room block is located) and will transport guests to and from the wedding venue. Please meet in front of the Sheraton Denver West Hotel, 360 Union Blvd, Lakewood, CO at 3:15 pm, the shuttle will leave at 3:30 pm sharp. The shuttle will return guests to the same location at approximately 11:00 pm, following the wedding.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.

is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as long as weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited.
