We’re getting Married!

Most of the tables in math class were full and sat 4 people. My table however was normally just myself, the one other girl assigned there with me rarely showed up. Near the end of the semester, Alec had started to come and sit at my table. I had thought it was because he wanted to be the first out the door and my table was the closest. I didn't want to talk to him and he always had earbuds in so it was easy to ignore him the last few minutes of class. On days that the other girl did show up she made conversation with Alec and it was hard not to get pulled into the conversations. Alec requested to change his seat a short time later. The math teacher proceeded to make jokes that we were dating and would be a cute couple but we both shrugged him off.

In math class I sat a table full of girls and as the semester went on I became really annoyed with them. I saw that Emma was usually alone at her table and she was cute so I started sitting at her table. We got teased by the teacher but I didn't care.
