What is the dress code?

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. We encourage guests to arrive by 4:15pm. For guests staying at the hotel, the shuttle will depart at 3:45pm and return to the hotel at 10:00pm.

Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Upon arrival at the venue, parking signs and attendant will direct guests to the designated parking area.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes, everything will be at the Rivers Edge Garden Pavilion at Pen Ryn Estate.

Will the wedding be indoors our outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly and check the forecast ahead of time. Following cocktail hour, the reception will take place indoors.

When and how should I RSVP by?
Answer
To RSVP please click the "RSVP" tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guest in your party will appear. Please mark "will attend" or "will not attend". Please RSVP by May 18 to help us in finalizing guest count and making necessary arrangements.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love all your children, the venue has limited capacity. We encourage you to enjoy this evening as a fun night out for yourselves!

Due to the venue's limited capacity, we can only welcome the guests named on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have made a room block at the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast. Please look into the travel section of our wedding website for more information.

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged. Please refrain from phone use and photography during the ceremony—our photographer will capture everything for us to share later!

Can we bring gifts to the wedding?
Answer
While your presence is the greatest gift to us, we will have a cards and gifts table. Thank you for your generosity!
Question
What is the on the menu for the special day?
Answer
During cocktail hour, guests will enjoy passed appetizers and three food stations to start the evening. The reception will then begin with a served Caesar salad and warm bread. For the main course, guests will select their entrée in advance via RSVP: chicken florentine, short rib, or vegetable lasagna. To finish the meal, a dessert station will be available along with cupcakes. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know of any specific dietary needs when you RSVP.
