Rehearsal Dinner

Casual attire. Come as you are! Alec claims he will be wearing his infamous basketball short & white tee outfit.

Tacos & Margaritas- my kinda party Shredded chicken, seasoned beef and grilled peppers and onions (for my veggie babes). Toppings include refried beans, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, onions and jalapeno peppers...with a choice of flour or corn tortillas. Side of spanish rice. Tortilla chips & Queso. We will have a full bar but offering Dr. Michael Owens famous margaritas & my ginger jalapeno margaritas.

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm

Cocktail hour and reception immediately following the ceremony. Appetizers will be available during cocktail hour. Fresh fruit and vegetables trays, tomato basil crostinis, and honey balsamic chicken bites. Reception dinner we are serving hand carved top round with a horseradish sauce. Panko/Asiago/Parmesan encrusted chicken with a basil cream sauce. Garlic red skin smashed potatoes. Summer sauteed vegetables. Northern maple salad with a homemade maple dressing. Rolls with butter. and yes, the ultimate question we all need to know OPEN BAR!!! Let's party !

Scrambled eggs with ham, peppers, and onions. Scrambled eggs with cheese. Bacon & Sausage. Biscuits & Gravy. Fresh cut fruit. Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls & Maple Pecan Sticky Buns. Mimosa & Bloody Mary Bar.
