FAQs

If you have any other questions not listed here, please feel free to call or text us!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 20th, 2025. You can RSVP by clicking on the 'RSVP' tab and searching your name.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, midi or knee-length dresses. For men, long-sleeve guayaberas are suggested (no white ones!). We would love for you to feel elegant yet comfortable in the Puerto Rican summer to enjoy and dance all night!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at the church by 3:30pm, the ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. There will be music to serenade you while you wait.

Question

May I bring a plus one? May I bring my children?

Answer

Though we'd love to include everyone in our special day, due to capacity constraints, we ask that only those whose names appear on the invitation envelope and 'RSVP' tab attend. We look forward to celebrating with our family and closest friends!

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle taking guests to the reception venue right after the ceremony and also from the venue to the main area of Old San Juan starting at 10:30pm (the reception ends at 11:30pm). If you'd like to leave before 10:30pm, Uber services are readily available in Old San Juan and you could also walk back to the main area of Old San Juan as it is a 15 min. walk.

Question

Are pictures allowed in the church?

Answer

We will have professional photographers and ask that guests do not utilize their phones throughout the entire ceremony to take photos nor videos, especially as the bride is coming in and during the consecration.

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Uber is readily available within the San Juan Metro area only. If you plan on exploring the island, which we highly recommend, it would be best to rent a car for the days you plan on leaving the city of San Juan. If, however, you plan on staying in Old San Juan, a rental car is not necessary as OSJ is walkable all around.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be indoors. The ceremony will take place inside the Church which has no AC. We recommend guests bring a folding fan. Have no fear, the reception venue does have AC!

Question

How is the parking situation in OSJ?

Answer

There is no street parking in Old San Juan, only garage parking. Closest garage is called Ballaja Garage but we recommend using Uber if not staying in OSJ.
