Welcome to our forever…

During the pandemic in 2020, I was sent home from my junior year at Bryant University. In that time, I reconnected with my old high school friend, Alyssa Richards. We were spending a lot of time with each other and I had told her one day I was looking for a “lumber jack boyfriend.” She had the perfect guy in mind — and it happened to be her brother! She set Alec and I up — and the rest is history! Now 4+ years in, we complete each other’s lives and could not be happier.

Every year since we started dating, we go to Lake George for the Adirondack Nationals car show. Our good friends, Tom and Alyssa, invited us up in 2020 and we now look forward to this trip every single year. This past trip in September ended up being the best one yet! We rented a house on the lake with our friends. The first full day there, we drove up Prospect Mountain, which we normally do on the last day before we go home. We decided it was so nice out so we wanted to get our annual couple pictures done earlier on into the trip. While taking pictures, Alec proposed! It was such a beautiful moment and truly one we will never forget.
