Ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Dinner at 6pm. Dancing starts at 7pm. Please plan on arriving at least 30-45 minutes prior to allow time for parking and getting situated. If there are any time changes we will update everyone through this website, text, calls, family meetings, etc...
Please RSVP as soon as possible, otherwise the deadline for rsvp will be July 16th. If you do not RSVP by then, we will assume you will not be attending, and will not be paying for your meal and seating.
We were unable to reserve room blocks. However, there are plenty of hotels, cabins, and Airbnb's near the wedding venue site. Hill City is the closest town with hotels, which is 3 miles away. Keystone is 13 miles away. Rapid City is 28 Miles away.
Semi-Formal Attire!! We would love to see everybody to dress up as fancy, boujee, and beautiful as they want!! We would love to see the sparkle and glam on everyone! I mean its not everyday that your favorite people get married right? ;) Women- Long dresses, Cocktail length dresses, jumpsuits, and dressy separates! no jeans. Men- Suits, button down shirts, collared shirts, slacks, nice blazers. no jeans.
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we are only able to accommodate children of the bridal party, and certain children specifically named on your invitation. For the safety of all guests, we ask that any children in attendance be closely supervised by their parents, especially during the reception where alcohol will be served. If you plan on relaxing and enjoying a drink or two, we ask that you make arrangements to ensure that your children are still well looked after. We will have security on site, but they will not be responsible for your little ones. If you have any questions concerning this or wish for your children to attend, please contact the bride and groom for arrangements.

There will be a fully stocked cash bar available with certified bartenders on site. Please remember to bring cash or cards if you would like to enjoy a drink! Otherwise there will be non-alcoholic drink table and coffee bar table to enjoy! **WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM BRINGING OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES INTO THE VENUE.** The venue will be charging us a $250 FINE per person, if anyone is caught bringing their own alcohol drinks on site, this includes the parking lot. So please bring cash/card and utilize the bar inside the venue if you want drinks.

The ceremony will be outside, and reception will be inside the Diamond Spur Event Center.
We kindly ask that everyone put their phones away during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Our Photographers will capture all the special memories, so you can relax and be part of the experience!
YESSS, absolutely!!! Feel free to capture the fun during the reception. We will also have a 360 video machine for our guests to use inside the venue!
