When should I RSVP by?

We’re registered through the Zola website. Thank you so much for thinking of us and taking a look—we’re really grateful!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early, around 5:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes—semi-formal attire, please. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we’re having a kid-free wedding. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be free and available on both sides of the Monastery.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely. The kitchen at the Monastery is very accommodating and sensitive to food allergies. Please note your allergy through your RSVP, and we’ll make sure the chefs are aware.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations can be found under the Travel Tab. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Homewood Suites in Newport, Kentucky, and we’ve also listed a few other options in convenient locations. Please feel free to stay wherever you’d like!
