Located inside The Strater Hotel, the Diamond Belle Saloon is Durango's only Old West Saloon. Once home to the Strater-Thorpe Drugstore, The Diamond Belle was restored to its saloon greatness in 1957. Offering delicious meals, cocktails, and live music this gem (one of our favorite spots) can't be missed.
Durango Hot Springs Resort was created as an extension of what has always existed here in the incredible healing properties of the natural mineral hot springs. The abundant water comes from deep underground and reaches the surface at over 120 degrees. New amenities include a family area with a swimming pool and four mineral soaking tubs, and a newly opened adult only area that includes 10 mineral soaking tubs.
Located just six miles from downtown Durango, Dalton Ranch is situated in the magnificent Animas valley enclosed in the towering red cliffs of the San Juan mountains, the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Dalton Ranch has over 270 acres with the Animas river winding through. Elk still enjoy the valley and can still be seen from time to time. Public tee times are available one week in advance.
