Alec moved to St. Louis from Maryland in 2018 for Chiropractic school. he was new in town and need a good place to get his hair cut. That's when he met Audrey- Sara's best friend. Alec actually contemplated on changing schools and leaving St. Louis. Audrey convinced him to stay and she has a "cute friend" he should meet. Audrey immediately texted Sara if she would be interested in going on a blind date with her friend Alec and Sara responded "No." Alec decided he would get a haircut every month to keep asking Audrey about that date with her friend Sara. And every month Audrey would text Sara if she would still be interested in going on that blind date with her friend Alec. Month after month Sara's answer was still no. The day was Audrey's birthday. Alec, the clever person he is, decided to text Audrey happy birthday because he figured Audrey's best friend, Sara, would be with her. He was right. As soon as Audrey reads her happy birthday text from Alec she immediately turns to Sara and asks if she would reconsider on going on that blind date with her friend. Sara's sister, Megan, quickly chimes in and tells Sara she has to go for it. We finally go on that blind date after 4 months. We meet at Tapped in Maplewood and the date lasts 5 hours.
