Guest Arrival
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
A complimentary valet will park guest's cars beginning at 3:00 PM. The 1909 is not visible from the street; as you approach from Woodland Hills, look for a long parking lot with a black sign reading "Cafe on 27" on the far end of the lot.
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The ceremony will be held outside on The Amphitheater deck.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:15 pm
After the ceremony, guests are invited to relax and mingle until dinner is served.
Reception Dinner
5:15 pm - 7:15 pm
Dinner will be served outside in The Meadow at 5:00 PM. Guests should indicate their meal preference when they RSVP. Please be sure to sit in the right seat as waiters will be bringing the food out to all guests.
After Party
7:15 pm - 10:00 pm
After dinner, guests are welcome to head inside to The Ballroom for an afterparty reception.
