Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

Our host hotel for the weekend is the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, where we’ll be hosting our Welcome Party and several wedding weekend events. We highly recommend staying with us there to enjoy the full experience together. We’ve secured a special group rate for our guests and kindly ask that all reservations be made through our room block link attached to this section. All guests are required to book directly through the official room block link provided on this website. Reservations made through third-party or discounted booking sites will not be accepted as part of our wedding accommodations. The wedding room block dates are January 21–24, 2027, with a 3-night minimum stay requirement. Guests who would like to extend their trip may use the discounted group rate for up to 3 days before and 3 days after the room block dates by adjusting their stay dates when making their reservation. Guests interested in upgrading their room category must first reserve the Nature View room, then contact the dedicated wedding coordinator (Alejandra.Hernandez@conradhotels.com) for upgrade assistance. All reservations require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable and will result in the full stay being charged. Full payment will also be required at check-in. Airport transportation is the responsibility of each guest and must be arranged directly through the hotel concierge team at CUNHI_GE@hilton.com. Transportation to and from the wedding events for guests staying within our room block will be provided, with more details to come. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

Flight

Tulum International Airport (TQO)

If you fly into Tulum International Airport, please note, that you will be about an hour from the hotel. Not all airports fly into Tulum International airport as this is a new airport, so you are welcome to fly into Cancun International Airport as a second option if needed. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will the responsibility of the guest and must be arranged within the hotel. When booking your reservation with the hotel, please also contract the Concierge team at CUNHI_GE@hilton.com. The team will provide pricing information and follow up directly to coordinate the service on your behalf.

Flight

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

If you fly into Cancun International Airport, please note, that you will be about an hour and 25 minutes from the hotel. Not all airports fly into Tulum International airport, so you are welcome to fly into Cancun International Airport as a second option. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will the responsibility of the guest and must be arranged within the hotel. When booking your reservation with the hotel, please also contract the Concierge team at CUNHI_GE@hilton.com. The team will provide pricing information and follow up directly to coordinate the service on your behalf.
