The Blue Ridge Parkway is a 469-mile scenic road that connects Shenandoah National Park in Virginia to Great Smoky Mountains National Park in North Carolina. It's known as "America's Favorite Drive" and is part of the National Parkway system. The bride has fond memories driving this parkway with her best friend Andie and her mom. Sections of the parkway may be closed due to Hurricane Helene damage.
Pisgah National Forest is a National Forest in the Appalachian Mountains of western North Carolina. The bride has chased waterfalls in this forest with her mom. Beautiful lookout points and nice trails about 30 minutes from the venue.
