Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
Both the wedding and ceremony will take place at Sparrow Beginnings.
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are hoping to have the ceremony outdoors if the weather isn't to crazy, or cold. If it is, we will have the ceremony indoors along with the reception.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
The venue has parking directly in front and to the right of the building when you pull it. It is free!

What time should we arrive
Answer
Try to be on site about 20-30 minutes before the ceremony. That will give you time to say your hello's, find a seat and get comfortable.

What is the theme?
Answer
Tis the Season to be Jolly! Because we are having a wedding so close to Christmas, you can expect to see a lot of Christmas Decor. So if you want to be festive and wear Christmas colors have at it! Sparkles, bling, you name it.

What should we wear?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. This is a fun opportunity to get out, dress up, and do something outside of the norm. Let's have a celebration, and look good doing it!

Do we need to bring anything?
Answer
Of course! Bring your warm smiling self! <3 While it is not required to bring a gift to attend, we do welcome them as a token of your warm wishes for our special day and the beginning of our new life together. If you have questions about the registry, or gift options you can call at 321-576-7167

We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, and Target.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving food and drinks.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
The RSVP Deadline will be September 5th so that we can give our vendors an accurate headcount, and work out remaining details for the big day.
Question
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
We are looking into this, and once we know for sure we will post suggestions on the Travel section of our page. Stillwater --being that it is home to Oklahoma State University -- has a ton of hotel options. As well as the surrounding area- Tulsa, OKC. I would also recommend booking an AIR BNB if you are coming as a group or family-- make it a family reunion and stick together!
