The Pałac has 43 rooms available that we have pre-booked for the wedding party and family. We don't expect to need any additional rooms, but if everyone confirms, we have extra rooms available at the hotel next to Pałac Goetz. The costs range from about $80-140 USD per bedroom per night for places right near the main square, where the Christmas market is located.

Travel Information for Our Wedding at Pałac Goetz, Brzesko, Poland We’re thrilled you’re joining us! Pałac Goetz is located in Brzesko in southern Poland (address: ul. Barona Jana Goetza 6, 32-800 Brzesko). Here’s everything you need to know about getting here from abroad. Closest Airport: Kraków John Paul II International Airport (KRK)This is the most convenient option for most guests. The palace is approximately 30 minutes east of Kraków. Recommended for international arrivals: Fly into KRK whenever possible.Alternative Airport: Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW)A good backup with more international flights. Driving time from Warsaw to Pałac Goetz is roughly 4–5 hours (via the A4 motorway). We don’t recommend driving the full distance yourself after a long flight. Train Travel (Highly Recommended)Europe’s excellent rail network makes train travel easy, scenic, and relaxing!Warsaw to Kraków: Direct high-speed trains take about 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours. Getting to the Venue We will coordinate complimentary shuttles for all guests staying in the Kraków area:Morning of Thursday, November 26: Buses will depart from central Kraków (exact pickup point and schedule to be shared closer to the date) and bring you directly to Pałac Goetz. Morning of Friday, November 27: Return buses will take you back to Kraków after the wedding celebrations. Alternatively, Uber (or Bolt) is super easy and affordable from Kraków to the venue — just a quick and convenient ride.Exact shuttle departure times and pickup locations will be confirmed a few weeks before the wedding. If you’re arriving from elsewhere or need alternative arrangements, just let us know. Getting Around Taxis, Uber/Bolt, and private transfers are widely available and straightforward from Kraków Airport to your hotel or the venue. Rental Cars
We strongly recommend not renting a car for your trip. Trains across Europe are easy and efficient, Uber/Bolt is super cheap and reliable in Poland, and we are coordinating complimentary shuttles to and from the venue on the wedding days. Parking at Pałac Goetz is very limited, and parking in central Kraków can be difficult and expensive.If you still wish to rent a vehicle for exploring before or after the wedding, please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required in Poland in addition to your regular driver’s license. You can easily obtain one at any AAA office or order it by mail for about $20.For the wedding weekend itself, Uber (or Bolt) from Kraków is the simplest and most stress-free option.
