We're getting married!

We met on the dating app Bumble, where the girl has to make the first move. After matching, Sarah didn't message Aldo within the required 24 hours before the connection expires, so Aldo renewed the match for another 24 hours which thankfully caught Sarah's attention. We went on a first date a couple of weeks later to dinner and a movie and ended up wanting to spend even more time together afterwards, so we went to a bar and talked for hours. The rest is history!

Aldo planned the proposal to be on his birthday, when Sarah would least expect it. After we went out for his birthday dinner that took over 3 hours (much to Aldo's dismay), he asked if we could cut through a park in the city to get to a bar we had seen before and wanted to try out. While we were walking through the park, Aldo said that there was one more thing he wanted for his birthday...and got down on one knee!
