For our out of town guests, we recommend flying into the Dane County Regional Airport. While likely the most expensive option, it is only a 15 minute drive from the airport to downtown Madison. Other options include: - Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (1 hr 20min drive) - Chicago O’Hare International Airport (2hr drive)

Weekend Note and Hotel Options
Lowkey weekends are hard to come by in a college town in September. Despite our best efforts to pick a calm one, there are two big events happening in Madison during our wedding weekend. There will be a Badger football game that Saturday, and the Wisconsin Ironman that Sunday. While both events mean you'll get to experience our city at its liveliest, it also means that lodging will be trickier to find. We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at two local hotels (more details below) but if you choose to stay elsewhere or explore AirBnB options, we recommend booking your stay as early as possible. Hotel options include a block of 15 rooms at the MainStay Suites Fitchburg (about 15min from the venue) or 20 rooms at the Holiday Inn West (about 20min from the venue). Please try to book at the MainStay Suites before deferring to the Holiday Inn, and see below for details on booking rooms at each hotel. Note: We are unable to offer shuttle transportation to and from the venue for our guests staying in hotels due to the two weekend events mentioned above. Our venue does offer free, overnight parking, and services such as Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in Madison.
