Do I need to bring US currency to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, that’s perfectly fine! We recommend bringing smaller bills for convenience and avoiding ATMs, when possible, as they may charge additional fees. You’re also welcome to convert your money to pesos, and it’s best to do so before traveling for the most favorable rates.

What is the weather expected to be like?

December in Cabo is typically part of the dry season, so you can expect mostly warm and sunny days and cooler evenings. Don't forget to check the weather as your travel date approaches.

How do I get to and from the resort?

Answer

About two weeks before your trip, you’ll receive an email with your pickup details, including who to look for upon arrival. The transfer company, EPIC Tours, will handle your transportation. Please be sure to submit your flight details, if these are not provided, you’ll be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the resort.

What should I wear to the wedding events?

Check out the Welcome Event page and the Wedding Day page for information around attire. As far as color schemes, we don’t have a preferred color scheme for our guests. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing any variations of white, ivory, or cream. Other than that, feel free to wear whatever color makes you feel your best! In case you're wondering, our wedding colors are Emerald Green, Ivory and Gold. Note: Although our ceremony will be on the beach, we will have a platform on the sand. Feel free to wear heels, sandals, loafers, etc.

How do I provide a gift to the bride and groom?

We truly appreciate the thought and generosity; your presence means the world to us! We will not have a gift table at the wedding, but if you would like to give a gift, please contact the bride directly at 704-713-6723 for more details.

Barb, our wedding planner is the person of contact for any questions or concerns. You can reach her at via call or text at 610-453-4872 during her business hours of M-W 9:00am to 5pm EST and Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. What's the best way to stay in contact while in Mexico?

We recommend downloading WhatsApp before the trip! It’s the easiest (and free) way to stay in touch with us and other guests using Wi-Fi, so you won’t need to worry about international texting or roaming charges.
