What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking that you be comfortable at our wedding. Wedding guests can range from formal dresses to a blouse and jeans. We are simply asking that no one wear t-shirts, shorts, or flip-flops. Keep in mind, the ceremony and reception are outside so be conscious about South Carolina weather in September.

Do I need to eat before the wedding or is dinner provided?

Answer

We will be providing a buffet style dinner with many options for main dish and sides.

Is the wedding venue inside or outside?

Answer

Our venue consists of inside and outside elements. Our ceremony will be outside at the pond. Our reception will be outside but a tent will cover the patio to save us from the South Carolina elements. Additionally, there is an enclosed patio and air conditioned house, if needed.

Is there parking at the venue or is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

There will be parking spots for all guests. We will not have a shuttle to provide to guests. However, there are plenty of hotels, including hotel blocks, within fifteen minutes of the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If your wedding invitation does not include a plus one, please text Tabitha regarding a plus one to ensure the bride and groom stay within the guest count. We would love to accommodate these requests but ask that these requests be limited.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your children are not named on the invitation, please text Tabitha regarding your children to ensure that the bride and groom do not exceed their guest count and ensure that there is enough food to go around.

How early should I get to the wedding?

Answer

We are asking guests to arrive about 30-45 early to ensure that all guests are able to be seated prior to the ceremony beginning.
