What's the COVID plan?

Answer

Good news, we are moving forward with the wedding as planned! Still, the safety of our loved ones is of highest priority, so if you are unable to attend, please know you will be dearly missed and we hope to celebrate our marriage with you at a future date. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will occur beneath a spacious tented venue. We want to assure our guests that we are monitoring the situation and following all health guidelines. In the meantime, we encourage our friends and family to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yep. Guest pick up from the Rod N Reel Resort between 4:30 and 5:15. Return services between 8:30 until 10:30. Guest pick up from the Hampton Inn and Suites at 4:30. There will be one return service at approximately 9 and another return shuttle at 10:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. The parking is free and you can leave your car overnight if needed!

How can I social distance at the wedding?

Answer

We're following all COVID protocols, but if you would like to ensure you're able to maintain maximum social distance at the reception please reach out to us. We are able to seat you and your guest or household at an individual, socially-distanced table. We can be reached via email at alcornhirsh@gmail.com.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. We just ask that your include this information on your RSVP or reach out to us directly at least three weeks prior to the wedding.
