When do we need to RSVP by?

Please respond no later than May 1, 2025.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would like to come. If you receive a plus one, they will appear on your invitation. Please ensure that you RSVP for you and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
The event is kid friendly with all littles being specified on formal invitations. Please RSVP if you plan on bringing your children so we can plan accordingly.

Dress Code?
Answer
Beach Casual. The ceremony will take place on the beach in the sand. So plan footwear accordingly.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
Pending the weather, the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside. If there is rain, the ceremony will be held in a covered pavilion.

When should guests arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
6:15-6:30. Please plan at least 30 minutes to get there from Fort Walton Beach due to bridge construction.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes. At the ceremony there will be public parking. We can not reserve spots, but later in the day there should be plenty of parking. There is also a large public parking lot at the reception venue.

How far is the reception venue from the ceremony venue?
Answer
It is only a mile and half. Depending on traffic it can take about 10 minutes to get there.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There is a predetermined bar tab that we will cover for guests. Once we hit that number we will transition to a cash bar.

Am I allowed to take pictures at your wedding?
Answer
We would like it to be an unplugged wedding ceremony. We ask that you please turn off your devices, and we will share all our photos with you after. However, we encourage you to take pictures and videos during the reception. We will have QR codes at the tables to scan that will upload all pictures to a shared album for all guests to enjoy.
