You'll fly into Marsh Harbour, Abaco (MHH). There are many flight options on American Airlines (through Charlotte and Miami) and Delta (through Atlanta). Then grab a taxi from the airport to the ferry dock and take a quick 20 minute ferry ride over to Hope Town (see link below for ferry schedule). Be sure to buy a roundtrip for the way back!

On the Island

Elbow Cay is a small island with no major hotels. We have listed the best housing options below and are happy to help if you have any questions. We have arranged some discounted rates at houses around the island, so please let us know if you'd like info on these. We recommend renting golf carts during your stay to get around the island.

Note: if you find a home on Elbow Cay Properties that isn’t offered for your length of stay online, contact them directly. They will let you know if your desired dates will work.

For getting around in Hope town, you will want to rent a golf cart. Options are 4 or 6 seats, so share with friends to reduce the cost! We have a wedding discount for early booking with Getaway Carts. Be sure to email them and mention the Higgs/Jernigan wedding!
