The Ceremony and Reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour may be outside, depending on the weather.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 5:30PM. You can arrive as early as 5PM.

Where to Park if I'm Driving?

There are two options for free parking: Option 1: Open parking lot next to the venue at the corner of Symphony Way & Douglas Ave. Option 2: Covered parking garage (2 minute walk): Center Street Parking Deck 95 Symphony Way Elgin, IL 60120

Yes, there is a ramp at the front entrance, and an elevator to the 2nd floor.

What Do I Need to do If I I'm Flying?

Please make sure you have your REAL ID or Passport. The REAL ID deadline to fly is May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights.

Yes, there is a deck located on the 2nd floor. Yes, smoking is allowed on the deck.
