Welcome to our love story

Friday, October 12, 2018 was the day. Alissa and Albert each took a trip to Houston to celebrate Wally’s birthday (Alissa’s then future brother-in-law and Albert’s childhood friend). Their first meeting was casual and Albert brought the laughs. But Alissa had grad school midterms and graduation on her mind, and Albert was saving up to buy a house. Life proceeded as usual, until March 31, 2019 when Alina and Wally played matchmakers. They gave Albert Alissa's phone number. The two spent a couple of weeks texting back and forth like two high school kids kind of/sort of flirting. They talked about work, their college days, movies, and TV shows. Albert even gave Alissa his HBO login so that she could watch the Game of Thrones series (the key to her millennial heart)!! It wasn't long before they reunited in Laredo for their first date... And the rest is history!
