Our Venue - Birkby House

Birkby House is an historic property located in the heart of old-town Leesburg, VA, USA, in eastern Loudoun County (known as Virginia's wine country). It is located at 109 Loudoun Street SW, Leesburg, VA, 20175 - about 20 minutes away from Dulles International Airport and a 45 minute drive from I-495.

THE HOTEL BLOCK IS AVAILABLE UNTIL MONDAY AUGUST 11th (8/11/2025). PLEASE BE SURE TO USE THE LINK BELOW ("VIEW") TO BOOK BEFORE THE DEADLINE! We have a wedding hotel block at Best Western Leesburg for Friday Aug 22, 2024 - Sunday Aug 24, 2024. Please use the link provided here to access the hotel block rate. The rooms available in our block include: 1. Singles: 1 KING at $149 2. Doubles: 2 Queens at $169 The website link here will default to two nights (Fri-Sun), but the same rate is available for just one night (Sat-Sun) if needed. This is also the hotel where a shuttle to & from the wedding venue will be provided.

Prior to Ceremony, from the Best Western Leesburg to Birkby House: A shuttle will be departing at 3:15PM. After Reception, from Birkby House to the Best Western Leesburg: An early shuttle will be available at 9:00PM. The final shuttle will be available at 10:00PM. The shuttle is ONLY circulating between Best Western Leesburg and Birkby House.
