Where is the venue?

Our wedding is at BRIARPATCH, at the log cabin located on our family property in Spencer, IN. the address we use to get guests there is 6200 Braysville Rd. It is actually the address for the White House next to out lane.

How do I get to the venue if I am coming from the South?

Answer

From 37, take exit 118 (3rd St/IN 48W) and turn LEFT. Continue 5.9 miles until you see TPU (Truck Parts Unlimited) sign and turn LEFT just past sign onto Porter Ridge Rd. At stop sign, turn RIGHT to continue to Porter Ridge. Continue 3.3 miles and turn RIGHT on Adel Rd./CR 150W. Go 1.3 miles to “T” in road and turn RIGHT onto Braysville Rd. Go about ½ mile and turn RIGHT into the grassy/dirt lane just before a row of pine trees. 6200 is actually the white house just after our lane, our cabin doesn’t have an address. Look for wood directional signs with on them.

How should I dress?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception are outdoors, in the woods. Comfortable shoes recommended. Semi-formal attire.

How do I get to the venue if I am coming from the North?

Answer

Due to the Spencer Pride Festival, all streets in the downtown area will be blocked off. Alternative directions.,, At the intersection of US 231 & IN 46 (McDonald’s will be straight ahead), turn LEFT at the light. Turn Right at light onto SR 43. Continue 3.6 miles and turn RIGHT onto Johnson Rd. Continue 2.6 miles and turn LEFT onto Braysville Rd. Continue 2.6 miles and turn LEFT just past 6200/6206 mailboxes onto the grassy lane. look for wood directional signs with on them.
