When Should I RSVP By?

Please RSVP by Friday, January 30, 2026. Due to venue and planning constraints, we are unable to accommodate late responses.

What Should I Wear?

The theme is still Seaside Serenade - Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The Planterra Conservatory has cobble stone floors, please rethink stilettos. Kindly refrain from wearing white, beige, or light blue; however teals, dark blues, and greens are welcome.

Because of recent changes to our wedding plans and a tight planning timeline, we kindly ask that only guests listed on the RSVP attend. Thank you for understanding.

Children are welcome only if they are listed by name on your RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15-20 minus before the ceremony but no earlier than 5:30pm.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Planterra Conservatory.

Is there a recommended hotel?

Yes! We recommend staying at The Baronette Renaissance Hotel. Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the venue. Go to the travel page for how to make your reservation.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, shuttle service will run between The Baronette Renaissance Hotel and Planterra Conservatory from 5:30 PM–12:00 AM.

Is the Jamaica trip still happening?

Yes! We are still planning a group vacation to Jamaica from April 8–12, 2026. Please note this is not a wedding event and is completely optional.

No. The Jamaica trip is a relaxed group vacation only.
