We've listed a few places in walking or driving distance from the hotel that we have enjoyed doing around town together.

The place that Heather and Albert met! Enjoy the restaurant upstairs or go downstairs and enjoy the game room - including table shuffle board, darts, pool, bocce ball and more. Very highly recommended for a great time!

Ormsby’s

A new location in Midtown, this place has it all! Shops, restaurants, and a roof top bar to enjoy.

Ponce City Market

Enjoy floors of art. There is always a special exhibit as well going on. We've also held memberships here.

High Museum of Art

The city park - there are lakes to walk around and paved paths. Along with restaurants to stop at for a quick bite on some of the corners. Lot of people come and just hang out playing boccee or reading a book in the sunshine.

Piedmont Park

3 floors of exhibits, 80 acres of pathways outside, and an Imax theater to enjoy. We've held membership here and always enjoy the special exhibits they showcase.

Fernbank Museum of Natural History

Great museum on one of Heather and Albert's favorite beverages. Don't miss out on the beverages around the world drink fountains.

World of Coca-Cola

Great way to spend an afternoon. A must see are the whale sharks (one of Heather's favorites)!

Georgia Aquarium

One of Heather's favorites - go tour and see all the neat history there is about college football.  The history of the uniform is a very interesting exhibit.

Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame

We've always loved coming and walking the grounds when weather permits. If you get a chance to stop by, take it! The tree-top walkway always gives amazing views.
