The dress code is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us!
We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited in your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Unfortunately as our venue is not suitable for little ones, this will be an adults-only reception. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
Shuttles will be running from the main hotel (Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump) to the venue. Please check the "Travel" tab for an up-to-date schedule regarding the shuttles. If at any point you need to return to the hotel before the 10PM send-off, a shuttle should be readily available starting at 9:00pm. There is plenty of parking onsite for those who wish to drive themselves. If you are driving yourself, we ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early (4:30pm-4:45pm).
Weather (and temperature) permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will take place indoors along with access to the outdoor patio followed by an indoor reception.
