Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony at the Promenade at Hoyt Lake has limited parking. There is street parking on Lincoln Parkway. Suggest carpooling or using ride share. There is plenty of parking at the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have vegetarian options but can accommodate any other special requests - just call or text either of us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony is outside. Reception is inside.

What about COVID-19?

Answer

-The reception venue holds 250-300 people. We have invited approximately 175 guests. -We will have hand sanitizer and masks available. -Food will be station style and guests will be called up one table at a time to limit crowding. -If you aren't feeling well, we will miss you but please stay home to protect the rest of our guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones our wedding reception is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos but not we're not big social media people. We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

The ceremony is ~6 miles (10-15 minute drive) from the reception. We strongly recommend catching a ride with others, either with family/friend in personal cars or sharing an Uber/Lyft.
