What if I don't RSVP on time? (Qué pasa si no confirmo mi asistencia a tiempo?)

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by November 24th, 2025, it will automatically be marked as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you but its imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding! (Spanish) Si no recibimos su confirmación de asistencia antes del 24 de Noviembre de 2025, se marcará automáticamente como "no". Extrañaremos celebrar con usted, pero es fundamental informar a nuestros proveedores con el recuento final de invitados dentro del plazo que nos han proporcionado. ¡Gracias por su comprensión!

What will the weather be like? (Cómo estará el clima/tiempo?)

Answer

It will most likely be cold as it is in January. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside but thankfully the reception will be inside. We recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day. (Spanish) Probablemente hará frío, como en Enero. La ceremonia y el cóctel serán al aire libre, pero por suerte la recepción será en un espacio cerrado. Recomendamos verificar el tiempo antes de preparar el equipaje y vestirse.

Can I park at the venue? (Puedo estacionarme en el recinto?)

Answer

Yes! There is parking however we do recommend carpooling if possible as space is limited. (Spanish) ¡Sí! Hay estacionamiento, pero recomendamos compartir el vehículo si es posible, ya que el espacio es limitado.

What is the dress code? (Cuál es el código de vestimenta?)

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal/semi-formal. For men this may include suit jackets or blazers, dress pants, and button-down shirts with or without a tie. For women this includes dresses (i.e mid-length, knee-length, tea-length) nice jumpsuits and chic suits. Please NO jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. We kindly ask our guests to avoid wearing sage green out of respect for our bridal party, who will be wearing this color. Thank you so much for helping us make this day extra special! (Spanish) Vístete para impresionar! Nuestra boda es formal, semiformal. Para los hombres, esto puede incluir chaquetas de traje o blazers, pantalones de vestir y camisas abotonadas, con o sin corbata. Para las mujeres, esto incluye vestidos (largo medio, largo hasta la rodilla o corto), "jumpsuits" elegantes y trajes elegantes. Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:45pm. You are welcome to come to the venue as early as 3:30pm. (Spanish) La ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 3:45 pm. Pueden llegar al lugar a partir de las 3:30pm.

Can I bring a plus 1? (Puedo llevar un acompañante?)

Answer

We would love to offer a plus one to all guests but unfortunately because of the size of our venue and space limitations we are not giving out any plus ones. Those who are invited received an invitation with their complete name. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you. (Spanish) Nos encantaría ofrecer un acompañante a todos nuestros invitados, pero lamentablemente, debido al tamaño de nuestro local y a las limitaciones de espacio, no otorgaremos ninguno. Quienes están invitados recibieron una invitación con su nombre completo. Agradecemos su comprensión, estamos deseando celebrar con ustedes!

Can I bring my kid(s)? (Puedo llevar a mi(s) hijo(s)?)

Answer

Although we love your children, this will mostly be an adult occasion. If your child is invited their names will be on the invite and RSVP tab. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements. (Spanish) Aunque amamos a sus hijos, esta será principalmente una ocasión para adultos. Si su hijo está invitado, su nombre aparecerá en la sección de invitación y confirmación de asistencia. Esperamos que aprovechen esta oportunidad para disfrutar de una noche romántica y agradecemos que lo planifiquen con anticipacion!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony? (Puedo tomar fotografías y vídeos durante la ceremonia?)

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take photos with you during the reception! (Spanish) Les pedimos amablemente que durante la ceremonia no se conecten a la red eléctrica y que guarden sus teléfonos y cámaras. ¡Hemos contratado a un fotógrafo y videógrafo increíbles para capturar nuestro día especial! ¡Estamos deseando tomarles fotos durante la recepción!

Can I bring my own alcohol? (Puedo traer mi propio alcohol?)

Answer

There will be a bar on site that can serve beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises or it may result in event cancellation. Thank you for helping us enjoy this day without worries! (Spanish) Habrá un bar en el lugar que servirá cerveza, vino y bebidas no alcohólicas. Debido a las políticas y regulaciones del lugar, no se permite traer otras bebidas alcohólicas, ya que esto podría resultar en la cancelación del evento. ¡Gracias por ayudarnos a disfrutar de este día sin preocupaciones!
